Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.40 kg/sqm using mechanical means including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H specification and as per dierction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying bituminous macadam with hot mix 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,@ 4.25 % weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, Laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controller to required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of MORT & H section-504 (VG-30)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H specification and as per dierction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying semi dence bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,@4.50 to 5.0% weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, Laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controller to required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of MORT & H section-508 (VG-30)

Edging with Straight over burnt bricks, laid dry lengthwise. including excavation, refilling. consolidation, with a hand packing and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of 50 metres. S.N0. 11.15 SN.-21

Renewing patries including dressing surface filling upto 8cm depth and making namunas at every 15m a part on either side of the road true to patri template with side slopes 1:3 etc for taking the earth to be so dug that they form a continuous side drain at road boundary.

Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic bodyof RPM/Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA ( Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge.The Marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The reflective pannels shall consist of number of lence containing single or dual prismatic cube capable of the providing total internal reflective of the light entering the lens face. lenses shall be moulded of the methyl methecrylate confirming to ASTM D788 of equivalent.The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base and the area of each retro-reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00Sqcm. the marker hieght shall not less than 10mm and shall not exceed 20mm & Width shall not exceed 130mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, Trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy installation, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surface of the marker shall beimmediataly removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satishfactory field performance including slipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panelto the Engineer. In addition a two year warranty for satishfactory infield performance of the finished road markershall also be given by the contractorwho carries out of the works of fixing reflective road marker. In case the marker are displaced damaged get worn out or loss there reflectivily compared to slipulated standards the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer at his own cost. The rate shall be include all materials, labour T&P transportation , installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the E/I. Supply and Laying of Interlocking Rubber moulded tiles of 80 mm thick mechanical compressed cement concrete pavers work manufactured by high pressure and controlled vibration machine having minimum 5mm thich O.P. cement mixed 20% marble powder the compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30MPa and weight not less than 4.50kg per no. and as per IS specification and as per drawing and techinical specification of MORT&H specificatin 1500 and confirming IRC-SP-63-2004 and IS 15658-2006. Including cartage upto site of work and 50mm Thick Local Sand bedding and filling joints with local sand. Including supply of all materials labour and tools & plants etc . required to proper completion of the work. (Excluding GSB) SN0.-6.7

(B) C-2 TYPE INTERNAL DRAIN - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( loam clay or sand) lift up to 1.50M and lead up to 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete.

Filling available excavated earth (Excluding rocks) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50M and lift upto 1.5M

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded brick ballast 40 mm. Nominal size) including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

First class bricks work in 1:6 in cement and coarse sand of 1.50 to 2.00 F.M mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work. SI No- Ch-9 Si 1/6.1.2

R.C.C. Work in 1:1.5:3 with cement coarse sand ( 2.20 -3.60 F.M.) and 20mm gauge stone grit in Slab including supply of all materials ,labour and tools and plants etc . required for proper completion of the work .Including shuttering.

M.S.Iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work wrought to required shape as necessory including bending for proper completion of the work. And including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured.
