(a) Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move )(S.I. No. 251(a))

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement,approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slab, loft, sunshade excluding suuply of reinforcement and its bending but including it's fixing and binding with 24B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials ,labour t&p required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20 as directed by E/I. (S.I.No. 284a)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend ,hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level. ( S.I. No. 504)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet without Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-30) S.O.R 2022 Chap-20 New Item-09 (1)
