R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.2 -3.6 FM and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 4.5 mixed aggregate) in band at lintel level excluding supply of reinforcement binding the same with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc, and also including supply of all material labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work.

Provide precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nomonal size reinforced with 1.6mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering roughening , cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) etc complete excluding plastering of jambs , sills, and sockets

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 cement coarse sand of 1.50 - 2.00 F.M mortar in super structure in one brick thick wall (230 mm) including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work.

M.S.( Tor steel or plain) in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply steel and its wastage, bend, hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured

12 MM thick plaster in 1:6 cement coarse sand of 1.50 - 1.75 F.M mortar quality over one brick work minm thickness not to be less than 1 Cm. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work.

Add for extra labour and materials for plaster over rough surface of one brick thick wall .

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an evenshade including preparing surface by the throughly cleaning & sand preparing and supply of all T&P & labour, required for proper completion of work and for each coat of water prooof painty after the first two coat to give even shade.

Mild Steel or iron work for making M S gate of required size and section with holding down bolts hold fast tie roads gratings etc ( included in overall rates) wrought to required form including supply of steel bolts, angle , Square rods , locking system, nuts and wastages etc and its fixing required for proper completion work as per direction of engineer incharge

Painting or varnishing work in small area on wood /steel surface with one coat of ready mix priming paint &two coat of approved superior quality synthetic enamel paint including cleaning the surface all durt dust &other foreign materials sand papering &striping including supply of all materials ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

40mm thick Cast cement concrete in 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand of 2.20-3.60 FM and 20 mm graded stone grit comlete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanicam mix plant, carriage of mix material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete interlocking block in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of 60 mm thick cement concrete block of M-35 grade withapproved colour, design & pattern., made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of Precast RCC "T " for Demarcation & Numbering of all Plots inCivil lines Yojna No-2, Ph-2 Badaun as per approved drawing and following steps - (1- Supply of Precast R.C.C. (2-Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation, pipes,cable etc in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 50 M and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as per directed by the Engineer-incharge i/c within a lead of 30 M.) (3- Base Cement Concrete in foundation in proportion 12:6:1 with 40 mm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand (2.20 to 3.60 F. M.) and cement including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.) (4- P.C.C. in foundation in proportion 4:2:1 with 20 mm gauge stone Grit, coarse sand (2.20 to 3.60 F. M.) and cement including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.) (5- Applying primer coat on precast Rcc 'T' surface and 2 coat of approved superior quality synthetic enamel paint afer primer coat including cleaning the surface all durt, dust & other foreign matters and scoured with wire brushes fine scrappers sand papering & knotting including coat of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.) (6- Painting Letters up to 5-10 cm size complete with super high grade enamel paint such as shalimar, Narolac or Jonson& Nicolson paint including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of the work.)
