The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works with specific cost values and percentages. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 117.30 Lac. - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 146.63 Lac. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 234.61 Lac. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 293.26 Lac. The similar works refer to construction, electrification, and fire-fighting works in buildings. The bidder should have experience of similar work in the last seven years. The evidence of satisfactory execution of work should be certified by the Engineer-in-charge of the work, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank of officers, in Govt./Semi Govt. organisations.
