12 m.-15 m Span Over Head Structure with 300 dia M.S. - two vertical post Supply, fixing & erection of built up Overhead Structure of 12M-15M span comprising! or three vertical posis of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS dipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate ai top & 12 mm MS plate al bottom The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm cia heavy class S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate al bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC , Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3.6 (cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge S.B) RCC with 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit) including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses C MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design, Tabrication, supply. transportations. Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. ali T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.MORTH -802 including labour cess but excluding G.S.T.

Retro Reflective Signs (Type -XI Sheet). Providing and fixing retro-reflective signboards comprising of customised modular PUI Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, aluminium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay him/ latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one Sam and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of amm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dla spaced not more than 300mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame On the front Visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of ASTM D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge Signage on MS angle frame of (35x35x5)mm.
