• Subject Matter Experts • Administrative team to manage the logistics & a technical team.
• Inbound and Outbound Control/Command Center infrastructure including Internet facilities.
• Service bases on a proven set of Cloud Framework and Platform license.
• Call and Voice Cloud Framework license.
• Services through required Human resources (Shift wise Supervisors/Coordinator)
