• If any query comes which is related to Rules and regulations, it will be referred to concerned authority and whatever response is obtained, will be given to the caller. The helpdesk will be available during working hours on all working days.
• The same setup will be used for calling the users to follow up for filling the different formats of the different modules for generating consolidated reports.
