Stalls for ODOP, Arts & Crafts- Exhibition/Marketplace Stalls – 90 No. of stalls covered, waterproof roof in Pagoda with the size of 10 x 10Ft with plywood flooring above 4" height from G.L for show casing/selling of ODOP / Handloom/ Handicraft Items on wooden. All stalls to be decorated using all the promotional collateral of Braj Raj Utsav 2024 with exact size of the constructed Stalls, like side walls, back wall, side pillars, stall facia, stall name board platform. 2 Tables, 2 Chairs, 2 Electric Points, 4 Focus LED white lights, 1 LED Halogen Light. Three side wall branding of Flex on wooden frames, front cover for closing stall at night for safety, Carpet, etc. would be provided for 90 stalls. If required additional Tables and chairs will be provided to the ODOP / artisans/ culinary experts. Theme based Stalls to be created with proper three side branding inside and out side of the stalls. Theme based Fascia be created by using logo, name of Braj Raj Utsav 2024, UP Tourism, Government of UP, Name of Product/Arts/Crafts, Place of ODOP/Artisans/Craftsman. Stall Facia, Table Facia will be as per actual size of the Stalls and tables, the same has to be approved by the UPBTVP before installation

Stalls for Cuisine/Sweets-35 Nos of stalls covered, water proof roof in Pagoda with the size of 10ft X 10ft for food for sweets on wooden platform. Food & Sweet stalls to be decorated using all the promotional collateral of Braj Raj Utsav 2024 with exact size of the constructed Stalls, like side walls, back wall side pillars, stall facia, stall name board. 3 tables with white cover and frills, 2 chairs, 1 electrical point & 2power points, 2 LED Halogen Light, one dustbin, front cover for closing stalls at night for safety,Carpet, etc.for35food stalls. Theme based Stalls to be created with proper three side branding inside and out side of the stalls. Theme based Facia created by using logo, name of Braj Raj Utsav 2024,UP Tourism, Government of UP, Name of Culinary, Place of Culinary artist.Food preparation area 10x10 ft is to be created behind each food stalls duly cordoned off by masking/ partition with ethnic designs. Stall Facia, Table Facia will be as per actual size of the Stalls and tables, the same has to be approved by the UPBTVP before installation.

Green Rooms- 3 Nos AC green rooms size 10 ft x 10 ft x 8 ft pagoda covered from all sides. Each stall to have 2 center tables, 4 normal tables, 2 mirrors, 4 double seater sofa and 6 dunlop chairs. Green Rooms should have attached urinals for men and women separately.

VIP Camp Office 2 Nos. of stalls covered, water proof roof in Pagoda with the size of 25ft x 15ft for VIP’s on wooden platform, internally joint. Each stall to have 2 center tables, 2 normal tables, 8 double seater sofa. Should have separately attached urinals for men and women.

Barricade with wooden Balli is (Not iron pipe) covered with cloth. 1000 Running meters. (Please quote per running meter cost)

Synthetic Carpet

Net carpet for entire venue . Brand new synthetic carpet from VIP entry to sofa sitting and complete space between stage to front row of sofa’s. Brand new carpet for pathways. (Please quote per square feet cost).

Stage Sound

Line Array System of 16 Tops & 8 Dual Subs , Make Adamson/DnB/VTX. Stage Monitor (same as PA) – 8 wedges + 4 Side Tops + 2 Subs. Centre Fill (compatible to PA) – 4 Tops. IEM – 12 Units. Amps - Keyboard + Guitar + Bass (As per artist tech). Drum Kit – Pearl Masters (or as per artist tech) . Keyboard, Percussion instruments – as per artist tech. Digital Mixer – Dlive/Venue SL6/Digico SD10 or as per artist tech. Professional Sound Operator. EMA will arrange any other artist requirements .

Promotion & Publicity Near & On Venue:

12 number of Publicity Panels of size 8 Ft X 10 Ft and 4 numbers of Publicity Panels of size 10x20 Ft. Table Facia, Stall Facia (Food & Sweet and Craft) will be as per the actual size of the already constructed stalls. The EMA will do the actual measurement of each stall and prepare the Facia accordingly in wooden frame. The designs, size and content will be finalized by UPBTVP. The Table Facia will also be in wooden frame. Direction Panels (40Nos. of size 3Ftx2Ft). All the Entry gate poles to be decorated by placing the frame on both side as per the actual size of the gates. 10000 pumplets in A4 size of Braj Raj Utsav 2024 in hindi. All the flex used for branding must be of Star Quality for Good Get-up with fine quality printing. No faded/poor quality of printing on flex will be installed in and out side of the venue. 1000 Invitation Cards and Parking stickers printed as per design and E-Invitation. Floor Decals (Welcome and directional) entire Braj Raj Utsav 2024 venue. Three LED wall 8 X 12Ft. displaying the live cultural event.

Theme based ambience creation

1 Theme Based wooden/MDF welcome Gates with Size of 80 Ft. width X 35 Ft. Including all Complete.

Size of the gate may vary as per the actual requirement and availability of space. Three gates based on wooden poles (balli) structure of size 30 ft x 20 ft x 5 ft at the approach road points.

Flower Decoration:- All Entrance and Exit Gates to be decorated with props and flowers for the Inaugural Function. Flora Design, One Big Floral Centre pieces. Stage Facia with Braj Raj Utsav 2024 by original flowers.

Venue Decoration:-Balloons, Metal Lanterns, Streamer Banner, Large Paper Lanterns, Decorative Colorful Lights, Decorative Plants, Multi Colour Flags of Braj Raj Utsav 2024 in and around Pavilion, Decorative Hanging Kettles, etc. Path ways and aisle should be decorated from all sides. Trees and Poles to be decorated by using serial lights, props, etc. Repair & painting work at the venue will be done by the EMA. Dias arrangement will be done by the EMA for the inauguration of the event. Necessary arrangements will also be made for the Press Conference on inauguration day. EMA will do the fencing/masking of the venue wherever required or as directed by the UPBTVP. potted plantation 2 to 5 ft mixed variety to be done along entry gate, venue or stage.

Attraction Points and visitors engagement Area:- 5 Artifacts/ Selfie Points with different themes as approved by UPBTVP. Wooden, acrylic painted Braj Raj Utsav 2024 Cut Out in Hindi with font size of 10 X 6Ft. (excluding platform height).

On Stage / VIP Refreshment:-EMA will provide Bisleri/ Aquafina/Patanjali water bottles for VIP’s, artist on stage and green room. EMA will also make necessary refreshments arrangements for evening cultural program.

Power Back up:-• 3 No. of Silent Generators with capacity of 125 KW each with operator and diesel. Arrangement for un interrupted power supply.

5 No. of Silent Generators with capacity of 63 KW each with operator and diesel. Arrangement for un interrupted power supply.

3 No. of Silent Generators with capacity of 30 KW each with operator and diesel. Arrangement for un interrupted power supply.

Water Arrangements:- EMA will ensure uninterrupted water supply for the artisans/ culinary experts if required water tankers will be made available facilitate the vendors for cooking and cleaning. EMA has to arrange the packed drinking water bottles for the VIP Lounge/Pavilion and Officials as per the requirement on daily basis.

Toilet Arrangement- Portable Toilets to be installed for visitors (Ladies & Gents both)

Other arrangements:- All necessary arrangements and required items for Opening Ceremony like decorative tray, scissor, ribbon, flower decoration, etc. One Large size Braj Raj Utsav 2024 branding Gas Balloon to be anchored with ropeat the height of 100 Ft.
