The required prior work experience for the bidder is mentioned as follows: - For Project Manager (B. Tech in Civil), the minimum experience required is 10 years. - For Project Engineer (Diploma in Civil), the minimum experience required is 5 years. - For Project Engineer (Diploma in Electrical), the minimum experience required is 7 years. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works with some Central Government Department, State Government Department, Central Autonomous Body, Central or State Public Sector undertaking during the last five years from the date of publication, satisfying either of the following: a. Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the Tendered cost b. Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the Tendered cost c. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tendered Cost The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 244.11 lacs. The bidder is also required to have an average annual financial turnover of 5% of the estimated cost on construction work of similar nature during the last three years, ending 31st March 2024.
