The bidder should have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum. For similar work, it is specified that it shall mean construction of any R.C.C. Road or Bituminous Road or Interlocking Work. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 on construction work, which should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum 40% of the cost put to tender. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value, calculated based on the maximum value of civil works executed in any one year during the last five financial years. The firm should not have incurred any losses in more than two years during the last five consecutive years, and should have a positive net worth. The bidder must submit acknowledgement of Income Tax return submitted online along with relevant 26AS for the last 3 years ending 31.03.2024. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works (30% of the cost of the work put to bid), - Two similar works (40% of the cost of the work put to bid), - One similar completed work (60% of the cost of the work put to bid). At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation (30% of the estimated cost put to tender).
