Design, Construction, Supply of all materials, Erection and Commissioning of 7.0 MLD STP with co treatment facilities (17.0 KLD), MPS with screen and screen chanels, supply and laying of Rising main DI pipe of required dia including thrust block, valve chamber, interconnection etc and Treated effluent line/ channel 450mm dia AC pipe with all the civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and scada system, LT/HT panel, sub station and building, DG set supply , installation and its foundation platform, admin buidling, laboratories, meter room and campus development [Clearance and levelling of site, it also includes Construction of Internal Road (CC Road), staff quarters as per requirement and specification, external water supply with tube well and pumping arrangement, electrification & street llighting and sanitation work) etc. all complete for STP with co-treatment, MPS etc. The cost is inclusive of, co-treatment, boundary wall (1.8m ht. above plinth level with RCC Column @3m c/c with plinth beam and foundation avg. 1.2m depth including reinforcement and RCC coping on top of wall with plaster (1:4) and painting (apex painting 3 coat) as per type design and drawing at the STP site., fully furnished administrative building having fully functional testing laboratory, PLC/SCADA Rooms, Power Generation with required building, solar system at available shadowfree area and rooftop area connecting to uppcl meter to reduce electricity bill (as per govtt rules), Blower building, chlorination sysytem with all civil and electro mechanical work, sludge handling system & other building required for technology proposed. OCEMS system at inlet & outlet of STP and master control station (MCS) at STP connecting to UPPCB,CPCB ,jal nigam headquarter as requied. Conference room suitable for 15 people, 4 rooms with a attached toilet for supervisory staff and a toilet block, drinking water cooler, all office rooms and conference room (Air Conditioned). The cost is inclusive of MPS (Civil and E&M works), rising main and treated effluent line. The scope also including ancillary works like R.C.C. approach road approximate 3.75 m width with 1.5 m wide inter locking shoulder each side from nearest major road to proposed STP entry gate, boundary wall of campus with M.S. gate, staff quarter, office cum resident building for jal nigam officers internal C.C. roads 3.75 m wide and 2.0 m wide C.C. path ways, fire fighting arrangement, land scaping, site development & require furniture etc. and other works as defined in bid documents.etc. all complete). Prevailing norms for effluent discharge shall be adhered to achieve BOD 10 ppm, COD 50 ppm, TSS 20 ppm, Fecal coliform (MPN/100ml) 100, pH= 6.5 to 8.5 to get reusable quality of water for agricultural purposes. Outlet parameters shall also include TN 10 ppm, Nh3N 2 ppm and TP 1 ppm) with full automation including PLC-SCADA and Instrumentation and treated effluent disposal line for treated water as per specifications on modular basis such as on given site area of about 0.64 hectare. All above and other such necessary activities required for proper completion of work upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in charge

I&D Work(Nala Remodling, screen channel outlet chamber, weir etc works for 2 no drains):-

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay & sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50m watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of the foundation or into the plinth and disposal of surplus earth including Providing and erecting temporary barricading at site, traffic diversion etc as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge
