The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works of similar nature, specifically providing a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates. The bidder should provide details of at least three similar works, with a value of at least 50% of the estimated cost of the work being bid for. For the attribute "Experience in similar class of works", the evaluation is as follows: (i) 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria (ii) 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more In between (i) & (ii) - on pro-rata basis The bidder should have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning, and other related associated/allied appurtenant works as applicable. The average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 on construction work should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding shall be more than the total estimated cost of the work for which the tender is invited, and shall be assessed using the formula: Assessed available bid capacity = 2 x A x N – B. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum 40% of the estimated cost put to tender.
