BLOWER ROOM:- Providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of a blower room as per the approved design and drawings, and under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I), including all associated works, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions and requirements, ensuring proper and complete execution of the work. The exact size of the blower room will be determined based on the design and drawings submitted by the bidder. The bidder is responsible for ensuring that the blower room is adequately designed to accommodate all required blowers and associated equipment necessary to achieve the desired design parameters of the STP. The design must consider: 1. Equipment Specifications: Space requirements for the blowers, including maintenance clearance, ventilation systems, and noise reduction measures. 2. Operational Efficiency: Adequate layout to ensure smooth operation and easy accessibility for inspection and repairs. 3. Future Expansion (if any): Allowances for potential future upgrades or additions to the blower system. 4. Structural Stability: The blower room should adhere to all relevant building codes and standards to ensure durability and safety.

ADMIN BUILDING:- Providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of the admin building, as per the approved design and drawings, and under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be carried out in accordance with site conditions and requirements, ensuring complete and proper execution of the work. The exact size of the admin building will be determined based on the design and drawings submitted by the bidder. The bidder is responsible for ensuring that the desired design parameters.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION:- Providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of the following type of road, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions and requirements, ensuring proper and complete completion of the project. Bituminous Road

INLET CHAMBER:- Supply of all labor, materials, and tools & plant (T&P) for the construction of the Inlet Chamber followed by Screen channel manual and mechanical, as per the approved design and drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions and requirements to ensure proper completion, including all necessary provisions.

PRE TREATMENT UNIT:- Supply of all labor, materials, and tools & plant (T&P) for the construction of the Pre-Treatment Unit, including the structures for the Mechanical and manual screen channel, Stilling chamber, Vortex Grit Removal Unit, and channel up to the SBR basin, as per the approved design and drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions and specifications, ensuring proper completion and compliance with the desired parameters, including all necessary provisions.

WETLAND CONSTRUCTION:- Providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of a wetland, as per the approved design and drawings, and under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions and requirements, ensuring that the construction of the unit meets all specified parameters and achieves the desired outcomes.

Supply of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for planting shrubs or plants in the constructed wetland at 0.3 m center-to-center (C/C) spacing, as per the approved design and under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions to ensure proper completion and including all necessary components

STRENGTHENING OF STRUCTURAL UNITS:- Providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for minor and major repair works, including the strengthening of all existing structural units, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The scope of work includes epoxy painting inside all liquid-retaining structures and other necessary painting tasks for all structures to ensure proper completion in accordance with site conditions and requirements, enabling the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to become fully functional and achieve the desired parameters.

STORM WATER DRAIN:- Supply of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of storm water drains, as per the approved design and drawings under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions to ensure proper completion and including all necessary components.

LABORATORY:- Supply of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for tiling the laboratory slab (15 m x 0.8 m) along with skirting, including all internal rehabilitation works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed as per site conditions to ensure proper completion and including all necessary components.

DEMOLITION WORK:- Supply of all labor, materials, and tools & plant (T&P) for the demolition of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be completed in accordance with site conditions and requirements. The exact quantity of demolishing work under BOQ Sr. No. 2.13 shall be assessed by the bidder. The bidder is required to visit the site to evaluate the existing conditions and identify the scope of demolition necessary for the execution of the project. During the site visit, the bidder shouldinspect existing structuresand assess the condition, size, and materials of the structures to be demolished.

UV DISINFECTION:- Supply of all labor, materials, and tools & plant (T&P) for the construction and installation of the UV disinfection channel, as per the approved design and drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be carried out in accordance with site conditions and requirements to ensure proper completion and achieve the desired parameters, including all necessary provisions.

Supply of all labor, materials, and tools & plant (T&P) for the construction of the Overhead Tank for the water supply facility throughout the entire premises, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions and specifications to ensure proper completion, including all necessary provisions. LANDSCAPING:- Supply of all labor, materials, and tools & equipment for landscaping across the entire campus, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions to ensure proper completion of all work.

EFFLUENT SYSTEM:- Supply of all labor, materials, and tools & plant (T&P) for Effluent Distribution and Collection Works, including plumbing and piping, as per the approved design and drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E/I). The work shall be executed in accordance with site conditions and requirements to ensure proper completion, including all necessary provisions.

GRASS CUTTING:- Providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for grass cutting and site cleaning as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring proper completion of the work in accordance with site requirements, including all necessary measures.

ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, INSTRUMENTATION AND SCADA WORK (CAPEX) INCLUDING 03 MONTHS TRAIL & RUN

Rehabilitation, upgradation, Design, drawing for Sewage pumping Stations and 6 MLD existing Sewage Treatment Plants based on SBR Technology consisting of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sewage pumping plants, all mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC -SCADA system including Manual screen, rotary drum mechanical fine screen with differential level sensors,belt conveyer, vortex grit removal system with conveyar & grit container, screeing container, Anoxic tank mixer, Air blowers, diffusers, RAS & SAS pumping system, excess sludge system, UV disinfection system, filtrate pumping system, centrifuge feed pump, centrifuge, Poly dosing system, chlorine dosing system, automatic chlorine leak dedection & absroption system, labortary equipments, fire fighting equipments, fresh water bore well of 500 LPM with pumping plant ,decentors for SBR basin, chlorine contact tank, CCTV cameras, arrangement for laboratory for measurement of various parameters of untreated and treated effluent etc. and all other relevant equipments required for proper completion and commisiioning of STP. Including Sewage pumping Plants (2w+1s), SS guide pipe, manual & mechanical screen, flow meter, level sensors, DI main piping and valves, control panel with VFD, complete PLC SCADA system, chain pully block etc. required for proper functioning of sewage pumping stations. continue below to cell 3.02 -------

In addition to this testing laboratory with equipment shall be constructed as per the specification along with Online Analyzer. and Operation and maintenance cost for STP and associated Sewage pumping stations , other works created under the contract for successfully completion of the work all other equipment requierd for proper function of sewage pumping stations and STP are also in contracter's scope . The works includes 03 Months Trail & Run, defect liability period of 24 months which includes basic service charges having expenditure and expenses required to be incurred on labour, repair and / or replacement of materials, equipments, consumable items, water and all other matters and items of what so ever nature, essential and desirable to run the system satisfactory, Administration and Management, Running of Office, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance, Consumables on Turnkey Basis (This is excluding electric power connection cost, electrical bills which shall be borne by the Authority) at Surajpur Indusrial Area Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida). item wise breackup will be provied by contractor according to Basic engineering process and design. Diesel for 03 Months Trail & Run period is also include in contracter scope.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of energy efficient central AC Plant for buildings including Ducting work, all associated work as per approved drawing by concerned engineer incharge and direction of engineer incharge. The building to be air-conditioned will be marked during execution, once the bidder provides the layout of the building.
