Water Treatment Plant (10 MLD) Survey, hydraulic and Structural Design of treatment plant from reputed university in R.C.C. grade not less than M-25 and supply of all materials, T&P etc. complete required for construction of civil works and installation of mechanical equipments for 10 MLD treatment plant (based on latest technology) consisting of inlet chamber, alum dosing chamber hydraulic jump mixers flocculation chambers, hopper bottom settling tanks with provision of hydraulic desludging, rapid sand filters under drainage system back wash tank, air blower and waste water sump to recycle waste water with pumping plants including all pipes and appurtement works, sewer system for disposed of waste water and sludge etc., laboratory of size 3.0 Mtrs. x 5.0 Mtrs. Size with attendant room of size 3.0 Mtrs. x 2.5 Mtrs. Size to accommodate water sample testing equipments, installation of suitable mechanical devices i.e. blowers clear water auto control device including the required pipe specials and fitting errection commissioning and testing all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Wiring with 1.50 mm2 Copper conductor running with (25 mm dia PVC conduct pipe concealed in slabs & walls etc. including fixing of required M.S. boxes, Mica sheet & Switches & Sockets etc. including suitable nos of 5 amp plug point and 5 amp light points.2.5 mm2 copper conductor including 15 Amp Power Point and Exhaust Point.Supply & fixing of following including proper connections with wiring on boards etc. complete,150 watt sodium vapor lamps complete,Tube lights complete. (1 x 40 watt.), C.F.Ls. 15 watt. Main Switch 32 Amp. along with box etc.Frames for doors shall be made 50x50x5 mm M.S. angle iron and ionized and shall be partly panel and glazed made of suitable steel sections, confirming to ISI. Painting of all concrete surface with three coats of approved apex paint, painting of pipes, doors, windows with anticorrosive paints including laying jointing and fixing of suitable size of D.I.D/F pipes, specials and CIDF sluice valves ,desludging valve as directed by the engineer required for inlet pipe, disludging pipe and wash out pipes including supply of ISI marked D.I.D/F pipes and Kirloskar C.I.D/F sluice valve specials and all jointing materials such as nut, bolts, rubber insertion etc. supply and fixing of sluice gates of standard make wherever required to regulate the flow of water in raw water channel; supply and proper fixing or grouting.

CONSTRUCTION OF R.C.C C.W.R. 1000 KL CUM PUMP HOUSE Design supply of all material T&P etc. and construction of following sizes under ground semi sunk clear water reservoir cum pump houses at a safe bearing capacity of 8 ton /sqm on seismic proof design & drawing provided by contractors, duly approved by the department and as per details given in scope of work.All other details of C.W.R. not covered here shall also be as per specifications and relevant IS code capacity of C.W.R.'s as follows 1 nos. 1000 K.L. at water works campus. Provisions included in above worksSubmission of detailed design, soil testing and drawing of C.W.R. cum Pump House from any recognised University or as per direction of Engineer in-charge.The minimum mix for all the R.C.C. works shall be M-25. or As per IS 456:2000 and IS 3370 (part 1-4) and its latest revisions.The lower surface of the raft foundation shall rest on 10mm thick P.C.C. 1:4:8 compacted properly with cement; coarse sand & stone ballast 40mm gauge. Framed structure for pump house is to be provided above CWR with minimum 12m x8 mx4 m dimension to accommodate pumping plants, control panels with cable trenches. The floor of pump sump is to be kept minimum 50 cm. below to provide V.T pumps. The floor will be sloping as per standards laid down in water supply manual. Columns of the pump house shall be provided for gantry girders. Sufficient no. of windows shall be provided with 'Z' section partly fixed and partly open able. Flush doors of approved qualities shall be provided in doors. The Pump house floor shall be finished with 50 mm thick ironite flooring laid in panels. Cable trenches shall be provided as per requirement. Free board is to be kept minimum 30 cm. in C.W.R. Parapet wall is to be kept 30 cm. above pump house roof. Sufficient number of drain pipes (rain water) of cast Iron of reasonable dia shall be provided. Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. Painting of all concrete surface with three coats of approved apex paint and painting all exposed surface of steel works such as railing, ladders, ventilator, manhole cover, inlet outlet, washout and overflow pipe etc. painted with a coat of metal primer and after this two coats of approved quality paint. M.S. ladder duly painted of designed size shall be provided in C.W.R. 600mmx600mm size MS manhole cover with locking arrangement fitted with 50x50x6mm angle iron embedded in concrete in the roof of C.W.R. at appropriate place. The thickness of cover of manhole shall not be less than 4mm and shall be provided with overlap 1200mm dia ventilator is to be constructed at CWR roof. Angle iron 40x40x5mm posts eight nos. embedded properly in concrete with fly mosquito proof mesh of size 3mm over 20mm sq. expended metal jali of all around the angle irons with arrangement to cover it with metal sheet at top. Suitable size of over flow pipe should be provided including proper drainage arrangement. R.C.C. Plateform (Splashing Pad) is to be constructed to encounter the force of water falling on floor of C.W.R. so as to save it against scouring or damage in the floor. Appoxy paint is to be painted on free board area and bottom of the roof area of C.W.R .Plaster and Brick work in pump house shall be with 1:4 cement, sand mortar . Sunshade are to be provided in 50 cm. width at each and every window where as 1.2 m width of sunshade is to be provided at main entrance gate of Pump House. Separate doors is to be provided for chlorinating room with mechanically operated shutter with unloading arrangement of Chlorine cylinders and other T&P. All inlet & overflow pipe of suitable size shall be grouted in wall of C.W.R. at required leve l. Clearance of site before and after completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC Over Head Tank At Nehru Nagar Zone 1800 Kl/20 m and At Chandmari Zone 1200Kl/22m Design & construction of following capacities of R.C.C. (Intz type) Over Head Tank at a staging shown against each at locations shown in scope of work with foundation depth 2.5 m below ground level and at a safe bearing capacity of soil 8 ton/m2 on pile /Raft foundation to be for decided after the actual soil bearing capacity test to be got conducted by the contractor as per details given in scope of work. Capacity of O.H.T 1800 KL/20 M and 1200 KL /22m STAGING Provisions included in above works Submission of detailed design and drawing from any recognized University or as per direction of Engineer in-charge The lower surface of the raft foundation shall rest on 10mm thick P.C.C. 1:4:8 compacted properly with cement; coarse sand & stone ballast 40mm gauge according. One meter wide balcony around the tank at the middle ring beam level. One meter wide stair case, supported on two RCC columns attached with the tank body as an access to balcony and top dome of the tank from made up ground level up to top dome having landing 1 to 1.25m long at vertical intervals in between 2 to 3 mt. Rise and tread of steps around 15 and 25 cms respectively. One meter wide gate with a cage of 2 M high at first landing shall be provided in stair case as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. G.I. pipe (medium), 20mm dia ISI marked, railing around both edges of the seprate double piller stair case with cap gate from ground level to the top dome and all around the outer perimeter of the balcony in three rows fastened to angle iron posts embedding into the concrete steps or to be fixed by two vertically fitted bolts grouted at the time of concreting. The clear height of angle iron post from top of the concrete surface shall be 1.25mt. The angle iron posts shall be of size 50x50x6mm placed 1 to 1.5mts horizontally the top of the angle iron posts finished smoothly. Aluminium ladder 60cm. Wide from manhole upto top of the bottom dome inside the tank body made up of aluminium section of size 65x65x6mm and 20mm bars of pipe thickness minimum 6mm 25 cm c/c welded or riveted to the and having side railing of 45 cms in height. The ladder grouted properly in concrete at each and as per direction of Engineer in charge and material for ladder as per latest IS code. 600mmx600mm size MS manhole cover with locking arrangement fitted with 50x50x6mm angle iron embedded in concrete in the top dome manhole at appropriate place. The thickness of cover of manhole shall not be less than 4mm and shall be provided with overlap. 1200mm dia ventilator at the crown of the top dome made up of 40x40x5mm angle iron posts eight nos. embedded properly in concrete with fly mosquito proof mesh of size 3mm over 20mm sq. expended metal jali of all around the angle irons with arrangement to cover it with metal sheet at top. Fixing foot steps 20mm MS flat bars of length 25 cm at 300 mm c/c from the MS manholes to the ventilator of the top dome of tank for maintenance including supply of all materials etc. Provide and fix water level indicator calibrated in metres / cms as per specifications given in tender document. Provide and fix-lightening conductor as per latest IS code and specification given in tender document .Supply and fixing of D.I. double flanged pipes of class K-9 as per requirement and design, The pipes will rest on duck foot bends below the floor of the tank including supply of all materials required for jointing and erecting true to alignment of the columns. The inlet and overflow pipes shall go upto the lower level of free board or H.W.L. while outlet and washout pipes shall go upto L.W.L. inside the tank body. The lower limits of pipe fixing shall be from dome of the tank upto S.V. chambers. The duck foot bends of all the pipes shall be fixed so that pipes rest on the floor. The duck foot bends shall be supported on cement concrete foundation in 1:2:4 below one metre cover. Supply and fixing of clamps to the vertical pipes with MS clamps of size 65x6mm at 2.0m c/c. Supply all materials labor, T&P etc. and provide 1.5m wide apron from the outer face of the columns, all around the floor of over head tank consisting of 40mm thick PCC 1:4:8 with 20mm gauge stone ballast over late on grated stone ballast 40 mm thick in 1:4:8 cement sand mortar. Flooring will also be done in the same day upto the perimeter including all columns of the staging. The apron all around shall be guarded with a single brick on edge laid radially all around it in 1:4 cement, sand mortar. Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and painting all exposed surface of steel works such as railing, ladders, ventilator, manhole cover, inlet outlet, washout and overflow paint over and above a coat of metal primer Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and painting all exposed surface of concrete including bottom face of bottom dome but excluding the surface which is below the ground with 3 coats of approved cement paint. Preferably ISI marked approved by Engineer in charge also including wall writing as specified in specification attached. Filling the tank as many times as required with water and testing the tank for water tightness and marking it watertight.
