The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing works of similar nature, specifically "R.C.C. Framed Structure Building Works". The bidder should have successfully completed such projects in the stipulated time with good quality. The bidder should have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The required prior work experience is as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, or - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, or - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover will be enhanced by 7% per annum at a simple rate to bring it to the current cost level. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically in executing similar works, during the last 10 years. The bidder should submit a list of similar works executed, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates issued by the client department/construction agency, not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager. The performance certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under bid. The bidder should also submit a list of all works that have been awarded or are in progress as of the date of submitting the application. The bidder's experience will be evaluated as one of the factors in the pre-qualification assessment. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed works with values such as: - 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for at least one work with a Central/ State Government Organisation - 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for three similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for two similar works - 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for one similar completed work - 7% per annum enhancement of the value of executed works/turnover to bring it to the current cost level.
