The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the project cost. - Solvency of minimum 40% of the cost put to tender. - Technical personnel with specific qualifications and one year of experience in relevant fields like field testing labs. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. - At least one completed work of a similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. - For bidders with experience in R.C.C. Framed structure, they must have at least 30% of the project cost, which is Rs. 108.41 Lacs, in R.C.C. Nala/Sewerage work. - The bidder should have experience in similar works, with a specific format for submitting experience of works for government and private organizations, including details such as name of work/project, nature of work, estimated cost, actual completion cost, date of start, and date of completion. Additionally, the bidder's work experience should satisfy the requirements, with specific values and percentages mentioned for different project costs: - For project cost between 25-50 Cr: The bidder should have at least 30% cost of the project or Rs. 108.41 Lacs of R.C.C. Nala / Sewerage work if they have experience in R.C.C. Framed structure. The evaluation of the bidder's performance will also consider their experience in similar class of works, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. The marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum and twice the minimum eligibility criteria.
