The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last 10 years. The conditions for this experience are as follows: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations. The value of executed works/turnover should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of tenders. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the cost of the work put to bid during the last 3 consecutive years.
