HT PANELH. T. VCB (11KV) ( LOCATED IN METER ROOM) Design, manufacturing, testing at works, supply of HT Panel as per specification and comprising of the following :- INCOMER/OUTGOING PANEL 630 A Vacuum circuit breaker of 26.3 KA ruputuring capacity at 11 KV rated, totally enclosed,air insulated metal clad housing, floor mounting, vertical isolation,vermin proof,fully interlocked horizontal drawout type having double isolation.Manually and motor operated, spring charged( release closing mechanism) trip free type,triple pole truck mounted draw out, vacuum circuit breaker, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication. Spring charge/discharge mechanical indicator.630 amp air insulated but encapsulated,PVC insulated Copper bus bars.C.T. chamber with C.T.'s 20/5.15 VA burden for protection (class 5P 10).Following protection shall be provided:1 Nos IDMT relay with instantaneous 2 nos. over currrent (50, 50 N) element and 1 no. instantaneous earth fault element(50-50N).(O/C setting 50%-200% and E/F setting 20%-80%)All wiring necessary for the above including inter-connections. The size of the conductor should not be less than 2.5 sq. mm. Copper wire where required.Test terminal block, fuses/2A SPMCB , circuit labels,set of phase, indication lamps etc. as per standard practise as under. Red - Breaker close (ON)Green - Breaker open (OFF)Amber - auto trip Clear - trip circuit healthy Blue spring charged Control :- T-N-C (Trip, Neutral. Close) breaker control switch with indication arrangement.Terminal boxes with single gland trifucating cable box suitable for 11 KV Aluminium XLPE (E) cable of size 3C x 150 Sq. mm. for incoming/outgoing breaker.HT Danger Plate.(as per IS specification)2 Runs of 40 X 5 mm earth bus shall be provided for the full length of the panel.Power Pack, Battery power pack shall be rated for minimum five (5) trippings. For DC power one no. source selector switch to be incorporated i.e. one source from power pack and other from outside.Necessary D.C. supply healthy indication lamp (White Colour), switch with alarm.Surge supressor as required. DC Voltmeter, 0-30 Volt, Digital type. HT Panel switchboard complete with all interconnections, labels, wiring etc, complete as described above in item nos.A and B and as per specifications.

Supply and fixing of CO2 type fire extinguishers, 4.50 kg. capacity(ISI Marked IS : 2878 & TAC approved) complete with initial charges and wall bracket, along with supply of all materials and labour for proper completion of work.
