The bidder should have prior work experience in construction, specifically in building works, with experience in similar works during the last ten years. The required prior work experience includes having executed and completed similar projects, with specific conditions such as: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of a similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at simple rate. The bidder should provide information on similar type of work, including details such as name of work, place and state, brief scope of work, contract number and date, name and address of employer, value of contract, stipulated date of start and completion, and physical progress in percentage. For government works, the bidder should provide details of the project, including the name of the work, location, nature of work, estimated cost, actual completion cost, date of start, and date of completion. For private organizations, the bidder should provide a certificate from the client, including details of the project, such as the name of the project, location, scope of work, cost of the project, contract value, date of start, completed value, and date of completion. The eligibility requirements for pre-qualification include having an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender during the last three consecutive financial years, and a solvency of at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender.
