The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid, which is Rs. 558.10 Lacs. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid, which is Rs. 744.14 Lacs. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid, which is Rs. 1116.20 Lacs. At least one completed work of similar nature, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (Rs. 558.10 Lacs), should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation or a Central/State Public Sector undertaking. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year.
