OHT: Supply of all materials labour T&P etc complete and construction of RCC (M-25 Grade) with cement coarse sand and approved stone ballast as per I.S.11682 and I.S.456. Over Head Tank of 250 kl capacity and 18m staging above ground level with main component. Minimum depth of foundation below Original G.L. Will be 2.0 m. Seismic effect and wind load shuold be taken in to consideration as IS 1983 for earth quake resistance and I.S. 875 part III for wind load on structure (this area is in seimic zone III and high damage risk zone for wind,) The above cost of OHT has been assumend that the bearing capacity of soil has been taken as 8 MT/m² . Provide 1 m wide M-25 RCC stair case from GL to balcony and up to top dome. M.S.laddermade of 50x50x6 mm angle section and 20 mm plain MS bar(secification of MS should be as per IS 800-2007) with hand rail of 20 mm medium class GI pipes on both sides in three rowsinside the tank boady (from manhole to top dome to bottom dome). Proper RCC railing and 20 mm dia medium class GI pipe in 3 rows on both side of stair case around the balcony at each landing from landing with top ring beam upto man hole on the top tom and at the peripher. The GI pipe will be supported on RCC posts made 50x50x6 mm MS angle section spaced at interval not more than 1.5 m. Proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.2 m dia along with an RCC cover of minimum 1.5 m dia and 7.5 m thichness, pillar of ventillatr should be minimum 50 cm dia.The space between top tome and RCC cover should be covered with mosquito net of standard quality along with expanded metaled jali. Water level indicator with sensor connecting to SCADA and also fabricated with good quality minimum 45x45x6mm MS sheet. The indicator board scale made of 3 mm thick MS plate shouls have a clear wide of minimum 25 cm painted with good quality Asian paint.It should be consistsof 3mm brass wire rope minimum 4 smooth pulley about 8cm dia with guides 15cm copper ball float which shall be completely water tight suitable pointer of brass etc. Lightening conductor as per IS 2309 of its latest amendment of latest electricity riles. It should consists proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork pointed proper down conductor of prescribed metal of proper size prescribed by IS 2309-1969 and IS:3013-1966.CI manhole of min 60x60 cm size made of MS channel section with adequate cover made of MS sheet of min 3mm thickness hinged with manhole with locking arrangement.This manhole should be fixe at top at proper place. Supply , fixing jointing of following size of CI D/F pipes with CI D/F specials conferming to IS 8329/2000 as vertical pipes for inlet, outlet, overflow and washout as per latest/relevant IS specification with all jointing materials for proper completion of work including other appurtenant works and exacation in all type of soils, seprate outlet pipe provided for every GP as given blow. Excavation :- Excavation of earth in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) for pipe line and rising main trenches including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 50 m and refilling watering, ramming of the excavated earth into the trench and also disposal of surplus earth upto 50m from the center of the trenches including supply of all material labour, T&P etc complete as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.
