Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxitracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by usingneedle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paidseparately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Providing and laying Rubber moulded Reflective Zig zag 80 mm thick tiles of precast compressed C.C. passing minimum 30 megapascle compressive strength. ISI Marked (in gray base) laid in required over 40mm thick compacted bed of local sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, filling the joints with local sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge(Analysers Rate)
