The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in the relevant field, with the following valuation: * Experience of more than 20 years: 15 marks * Experience of more than 10 years up to 20 years: 10 marks * Experience between 05-10 years: 05 marks The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: * More than 5 Projects: 10 Marks * 3 to 5 Projects: 5 Marks * 1 to 2 Projects: 2 Marks Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed projects of minimum INR 42.00 Cr and above to Government or Public Sector Undertaking in the areas of Annual Repairs and Maintenance Works of Civil & Electrical along with provision of Capital Civil Works/ Special Repair Works/ Revenue Civil works/ Electrical Works as and when required basis on fixed percentage service charge basis. The bidder should also have experience in providing similar projects in Defence /DPSU/CAPF/Government sectors, with the following valuation: * More than 3 Projects: 15 Marks * 2 to 3 Projects: 10 Marks * 1 Project: 5 Marks The bidder should have successfully completed similar nature of works during the last 7 years, with the following requirements: * Three Similar Works costing not less than 40% (i.e., Rs 56 Crore) of the Bid Value. * Two Similar Works costing not less than 50% (i.e., Rs 70 Crore) of the Bid Value. * One Similar Work costing not less than 80% (i.e., Rs 112 Crore) of the Bid Value.
