Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS -1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading - 1 with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface

Providing, supply & fixing of 100 mm thick ruber moulded vibratory interlocking tiles by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plain dimension 200 X (160+120 mm) with minimum 5mm thick topping of O.P. Cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The Compressive strength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 300 mpa & 4.5 Kg/Ton including levelling & dressing of surface to required level & slope, filling joints with local sand over G.S.B. and also including cost of all labour, material but excluding cost of G.S.B. and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body conform to ASTM D4280 & MoRTH Section 800. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The length of the road stud shall be 100 mm, width shall be 90 mm and the height of the road stud shall not exceed 20 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm as per MORTH Section 800. The road stud shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The road stud shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Road stud lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro – reflectory surface shall be 35 +/- 5 degree to base. The raised pavement marker shall be make in India and shall be tested for abrassion resistance from government lab and report shall be uploaded along with tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The product should accompany two year replacement warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer. (With Shank) as per SOR Ch-26 item no.-5

Road Delinator Providing and fixing of standard as per IRC 79-2019 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non- metalic retro- reflective sheeting on each side conferming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 type XI table specification. The The Delenator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground white being installed. The front and back facse of the delenator shaould be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with della angle (or central angle of curve) layingn between 20 degree and 30 degree, to increase the visivilty of the delenator for vehchicles moving in continous curve the delenator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdor wethering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. if samehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for goverment report then the report shall be submitted of engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The delenator is meant for application on gaps in median, trafic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. or as per desired by site engineer. MoRTH -805(8.15)

Providing and fixing of HAZARD signs in front of parapets retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing
