Supply of medical gases on rate contract basis

Taxes and duties: (a)Statutory levies like Turnover tax, Income tax deduction at source and other statutory levies, as applicable from time to time, will be deducted from the bills of Service Provider. (b) Specific attention is invited towards the following: (i) All statutory taxes including GST shall be paid for as per provisions in the respective rules of those Taxes, if stipulated so by the law. (ii) Financial liability on account of all applicable taxes including GST will need to be projected only for the calculation of total annual budgetary outlay. All statutory applicable taxes including GST will not be considered for evaluation of Financial e-Bid. (c) L-1 shall be decided excluding GST and other applied taxes (d) It shall be mandatory to provide a break up of offered rate for various charges (transportation of cylinders, all taxes and other charges if any) as well as cost of cylinder valves, valve spindle and charges for hydraulic testing of all type of cylinders in separately along with the financial bid. (e) Breakup charges must be uploaded with financial bid. (f) Bidder must quote his rates for all type of the gases given above failing which tender will be rejected. (g) The above estimate is presumptiv requirement for 60 beds. Whereas institute will commission its bed compliment of 750 beds in the phase manner and bidder will be under obligation to honour the requirement for which payment will be made pro-rata
