Supply and installation of 6mm thick new compact clear polycarbonate sheet both side UV coated (Manufacturer G.E. Plastics India Ltd. / Subic or equivalent as approved ) which blocks near-Infrared light but allows in high levels of visible light fixed with aluminum system, EPDM rubber gasket etc. on the existing dome shaped structure. The polycarbonate sheets shall be of minimum thickness 6 mm as per existing drawing and design with manufacturer specifications. The sheets shall offer high light transmission and shall be both sides UV protection coating for long term weather resistance and high impact strength. The work includes removing existing sheets from the dome and storing at the designated place as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The polycarbonate sheets shall be fixed in the dome with adequate provision for expansion over preinstalled structural frame work and be secured with aluminum system at all levels including all accessories like screws, washers, flashing, trims etc. complete to make a water tight skylight system including transportation, lift etc. conforming to specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, The Items cost includes Repair and Maintenance of existing ladder inner and outer side, Epoxy Painting of all structure and ladders, all required materials Labors, Scaffolding, all required T & P and machineries for fixing sheets and ladders etc. and also including the cost of weather sealants, aluminum channel, screws with PVC fillers, masking tape, protective tape, backer rods, bolts, gasket, excise duty etc. to complete the work in all respect required for proper completion of the work and as per drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing clear poly corbonate multiwall sheet of 10 mm thick with UV coating for window below dome side complete the work in all respect required for proper completion of the work and as per drawings and directions of the E/I

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
