Supply and installations of Spray Applied MasterSeal Roof membrane system, a multi-layered system. Priming the Surface:- Application of Primer : on above prepaid surface Priming the surface with Masterseal P2525 @ 0.3 kg/sqm followed by sand broadcasting with Mastertop SRA No.3 @ 1 kg/sqm of BASF Masterseal P2525 or equivalent.

P/A Applying a highly elastic, ultra fast curing, CE Marked, 100% polyurea membrane with GRACO UNIFORM RATIO REACTOR SPRAYERS whereas the membrane should have the following properties. Shore A hardness 90 and Shore D hardness 40 Tensile strength (DIN53504) of 20N/mm2 Elongation of 350% as per DIN 53504 Tear strength 50 N/mm as per DIN53515. The membrane shall also be tested as per the following parameters EN 13529 for contact with different liquids EN 13501-1:2007 + A1:2009 for classification to fire performance BS EN ISO 11925-2:2002 for ingnitability of building products BS EN ISO 9239-1:2002 for determination of burning behaviour EN 1504-2 SUrface protection products for Coatings EN 1062-7 (B) for Dynamic crack bridging EN 1062-7 (A) for static crack bridging EN 1062-6 for CO2 permeability (SD) Make: Fosroc/BASF/Mapaei

TREATMENT OF FLAT ROOFS P/A like BASF Masterseal 551 or equivalent, Minimum 1mm thick two component polymer modified elastomeric cementitious waterproofing coating of approved make, applied min two coats on the leveling screed concrete as per manufacturer's specification and conforming to the following parameters: (i) minimum adhesion strength of 1 N/mm2 (ii) minimum tensile strength of 1.8 N/mm2, sanwiching 45 GSMglas fiber mesh in between the 2 coats. (Make BSAF/Mapaei/Fosroc.)

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operation: (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointsless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engnineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.

UG Tank Repair Waterproofing Cleaning of underground sump, Over Head R.C.C Tank (independent staging )includes disposal of slit and rubbish , all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .The cleaning shall consist following operations :- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 ≥ 45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ≥ 1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. For Sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05kg/running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement , water tanks, roof slabs , podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant , tunnels /subway and bridge deck etc. prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 :2 ( 5 parts integral crystalline slurry :2 parts water)for vertical surfaces and 3 :1 ( 3 parts integral crystalline slurry 1 part water ) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative(internal)side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified inACI-212-3r-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on neagative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-heating of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm
