The bidder is required to have prior work experience in providing similar manpower to various organizations. The details of this experience are to be provided in a specified format, which includes information such as the name of the organization, type of organization, contact person, duration, number of manpower deployed, and total value of the contract. The bidder should have provided or proven similar manpower services to Banks/ AIFIs/ NBFCs/ Govt organisations of value at least 100 lakh and/or providing 100 manpower during the last 3 years. The years of past experience required for the same/similar service is 3 years. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder's experience is evaluated based on the number of organizations and resources deployed, with weightages assigned as follows: - Experience with 1-2 organisations: 20 marks - Experience with 3-5 organisations: 25 marks - Experience with more than 5 organisations: 30 marks - Upto 100 resources: 20 marks - 101-200 resources: 25 marks - More than 200 resources: 30 marks - Experience with Govt organisations: 5 marks - Experience with Banks/ FIs/ NBFCs: 10 marks - Experience with AIFIs including SIDBI: 15 marks The bidder is also required to have a tangible positive net worth and an average turnover of Rs. 1000.00 Lakh during the last 3 FYs. The cost quoted should include monthly wages per person basis including the service charge and applicable GST, considering the notional monthly wages as Rs. 35,000/- per person.
