The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works of a certain magnitude. The bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each of value not less than Rs 175.19 lakh - Two similar works each of value not less than Rs 262.78 lakh - One similar work of value not less than Rs 350.38 lakh These works should have been completed in the last 7 years. For specialized items of works, the bidder must have satisfactorily executed works as per the following criteria during the last seven years: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost for the concerned sub-head - Two similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost for the concerned sub-head - One similar work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost for the concerned sub-head The experience certificate should clearly mention the date of award of work, scheduled date of completion, actual date of completion, and completion cost. If the actual date of completion exceeds the scheduled date of completion by more than six months, a performance report from the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank must be obtained. Note that the estimated contract price is Rs. 4,37,97,903, and the net worth certificate required is 10% of this amount, while the bank solvency required is 40% of the estimated contract price, which is Rs. 175.19 lakh.
