Supply of high-quality integrated LED Flood Light with a minimum system lumen of 60000 Lm and system wattage not exceeding 465W with a nominal efficiency 130 lumen/watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of 5 and CRI : 70. The housing should be of non-corrosive high- pressure single piece die-cast aluminum to with stand extreme environments & the product should not be an amalgamation of multiple luminaires joined together mechanically. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. with PF 0.95. Lifetime of 75K hours @L70 at 35deg C ambient temperature. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with an IK rating of 08. The luminaire shall be available with minimum two beam angles Narrow beam (11°±2%) and (FLNB) Horizontal Beam Angle 81.5 with Vertical Beam Angle. 23.4.. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/ replaceable without impacting the LED units. The access to the optical and the gear compartment should be separate. While accessing the gear compartment, the optical compartment should not be accessible. The Drivers should be a asphalt potted driver not a printed circuit board without casing, mounted inside the luminaire & it should be of same make. Both driver and luminaire should have BIS Approval. The Dimension of the luminaires should be minimum 538 x 100 x418 mm and have a breather ensuring a stable optical and thermal management. The weight of the luminaire should not be more than 12 Kg.

Supply of Hot dip galvanised, polygonal sports highmasts with rising system of head frame/cross arms, hot dip glavanized inside & out side dip, suitable for mounting up to 24 Nos. of minimum 450W LED flood lighting fixtures of max. 12.0 Kg weight each. The height of the mast from base up to top of head frame shall be around 30Mtr. Structural design of the high mast should be carried out as per the technical report, which would be submitted by manufacturer only, relevant standard and regulation. The mast should be designed considering base gust wind speed as prevailing in SGPGI Lucknow region as per IS 875 Part 3 and thickness of GI coating should withstand climate of Lucknow. Design and casting of suitable Raft type founation for the High Mast with specification as per S. No-2 above. The foundation has to be designed as per safe soil bearing capacity report presently considered as per 10T/ sqmtr for purpose. The foundation shall be designed for wind pressure, earth quake and other loadings as per latest IS code of practice.
