M-150 Brick work in1:4 cement & four coarse sand mortar in foundation including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI-305a

Same as in item no-03 above but brick work in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and including honey comb brick for one brick thick wall. S.I.No-305a+309+310

Cement Concrete with 2cm, gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work. SI-279a

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I.no-584a

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC. And compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. complete as per cluse 401

Providing laying spereading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specitfication including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carrage of mixed material by tipper to site. Laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to is 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20cum capacity and apropriate weight batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film , wedges , steel plates including levelling the fromwork as per drawing as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle , screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and and expansion, construction joints as per norms , applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14-days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 including cost of polythene sheet and dowel dar and also including complete shifting of materials & concrete etc. (M-30)

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone girt in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slab exluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire & including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all material, labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. (S.I. No. 284(a)

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.(A.R.)

PART -B (Water Line Work)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by E/I upto a distance of 30M from foundation trenches. SI .251a

Supply, laying and joints of 110mm dia ISI marked PVC pipe and specials of 6kg/sqcm.. working pressure including the cutting of pipe for making up the length and making joints with specified jointing cement and also including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying flanged C.I. standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc. suitable for flanged jointing as per IS 1538 up to 300 mm dia.

Providing and fixing 100mm dia C.I."D." joints suitable for C.I. spun pipe as site of work including all taxes.

Providing and fixing of 100mm dia class II C.I. sluice valve(with cap) complete with nuts, bolts, rubber insertions etc. all complete required for proper complition of the work.

Providing and fixing of 100mm dia C.I. double acting Air valve of approved quality with nuts, bolts, rubber insertions etc. all complete required for proper complition of the work.

Cement Concrete with 2cm, gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work. SI-279a

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, with M-150 brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with RCC top slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design (AR)

Providing and fixing 20mm nominal dia chlorinated poly vinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot &cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.S.I. No-21.03/SOR-2020

Making water consumer connection with 160/110mm dia Existing PVC water main including cutting of water main, excavation of pit, refilling the same after connection with 5Mt long G.I. pipe & M.S. clamp and also including cost of specials and its joints and jointing.

Providing and fixing of M.S. informatory sign board with frame of 40X40X5mm angle iron and diagonal braces of 25X5mm flat iron. 16 S.W. gauge M.S. Sheet shall be fixed on the M.S. Frame including one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coats of apporved superior quality ready mixed paint on the whole structure and also painting letters on M.S. Sheet firmly fixed to the ground with 15 grade cement concrete 45X45X60cm B.G.L. Complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.)
