Concrete with 4cm guage stone ballast, fine sand and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. including cost of binding wire (SOR No 275).

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone girt in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in raft fdn exluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire & including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all material, labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire (S.I. NO-287)

Grills/Stair case railing/gates/trusher/racks etc. of small size and section such as holding down bolts, hold fasts, tierods, grating, etc. brought to required form including supply of steel bolts, nuts, wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.S.I.No-502(a)

M-150 Brick work in1:4 cement & four coarse sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI-305(a)

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately)

40mm thick Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. (I.No-8.14.1.4/DSR-2021)

Green Wall- Green Wall Supply and placing of Green Wall planting media of organic fertilizer like crop residue, verme compost, wood ash, poultry manure cow urine etc., lighter than the soil, with good moisture capacity and used to ensure that load on vertical wall is minimized in Kg/Sqft. UV Stabilized polypropelene planters 6"(Length)X6"(Height) specially designed to keep the centre of gravity of growing plants with in the planters with suitable Geo-Textile separator to separate the planting media, keeps the perforation holes unclogged. The cost to include supply and planting of Plants of minimum height 152mm selected on the basis of temperature, incidence of sun light and humidity on site ;in pattern finalised in consultation with client.
