Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. 281

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C. Raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen V.G. 10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD/TMT bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1504. (Exclusive G.S.B.)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (for repeated/transverse bar marking) Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. Reflective Raised Pavement Marker Providing and fixing of raised pavement markers (Cat Eye) Type x-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennision/3m(USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate, ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 M.T. tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H Circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and width of the body shall not exceed 130 mm, 20 mm and 105 mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm . on each side sloping at the angle of 35 + 5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. it shall comply to specification of Category A of MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. With 7 years warranty. Providing and fixing of M.S. informatory sign board of size 1x1.5 mt. with frame of 40X40X5mm angle iron and diagonal braces of 30X5mm flat iron. 16 S.W. gauge M.S. Sheet shall be fixed on the M.S. Frame including one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coats of apporved superior quality ready mixed paint on the whole structure and also painting letters on M.S. Sheet firmly fixed to the ground with 15 grade cement concrete 35x35x35 B.G.L. Complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.)
