Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front and loader at OMC. And compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. complete as per cluse 401 (A.R)

Suppy and laying of 80 mm thick precast cement concrete I- shape interlocking paver blocks ISI mark confirming IS: 15658-2006 top layer of mininum 5 mm thickness having paln dimension of 200x(160+120)mm of O.P. cement smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant, manufactured with rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism over 4 cm blanket coat of fine sand & joint filling with fine sand. The compressive strength and weight of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40 MPa and Weight 4.5 kg per including cost of materil, with blandket layer of 4.00cm thick fine sand including labour, vat , all taxes T&P. required for proper completion of the work as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.New item - 14

Providing laying spereading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specitfication including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carrage of mixed material by tipper to site. Laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (A.R.)

Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain Cement Concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base in 1:1.5:3cement coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading by the concerete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibratours and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debounding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approwed curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of materials & Concrete etc (M-20)complete work. M-150 Brick work in1:4 cement & four coarse sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI-305(a)

Providing and fixing of M.S. informatory sign board with frame of 40X40X5mm angle iron and diagonal braces of 25X5mm flat iron. 16 S.W. gauge M.S. Sheet shall be fixed on the M.S. Frame including one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coats of apporved superior quality ready mixed paint on the whole structure and also painting letters on M.S. Sheet firmly fixed to the ground with 15 grade cement concrete 45X45X60cm B.G.L. Complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.)
