Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of WBM Grade 3 (22.4-53mm stone ballast.)specifice size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fiil-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to be required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (ss) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical mean as per technical specification.

Providing and laying compacted bitumenous mecadam on prepared surface with 100-120 tonnes per hour batch type Hot mix plant producing an average ouput of 75 MT per hour using 3.25% bitumen and crushed agregated of speccified grading-II(19 mm Nominal Size), transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and aligment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory (8-10 tonnes) roller for initial brake down rolling finish rolling by smooth wheeled tondom roller (8-10 tonnes ) to achieve the desired compaction, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper competion of the work as per clause 504 of MOSRT & H specification sand as per direction of the Engineer in charge (A.R. approved)

Providing and applying tack coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.35 kg/sqm using mechanical means including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (A.R. approved)

Providing and laying 25 mm thick minimum semidense compacted bitumenous concrete with 100-120 tonnes per hour batch type Hot mix plant producing an average ouput of 75 MT per hour using crushed agregated of speccified grading-I premixed with 60/70 bitumenous binder @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and hydrated lime @ 2% by weight of total mix, transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and aligment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory (8-10 tonnes ) roller for intial brake down rolling,k finish rolling by smooth wheeled tondom roller (8-10 tonnes ) to achieve the desired compaction, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 509 of MOSRT & H specification sand as per direction of the Engineer in charge. Suppy and laying of 80 mm thick precast cement concrete I- shape /zig-zag (all shape) interlocking coloured paver block with top layer of mininum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension of 200x(160+120)mm of O.P. cement smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant, manufactured with rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism over 4 cm blanket coat of fine sand & joint filling with fine sand. The compressive strength and weight of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 MPa (M-30) and 5 kg/no. respectvily confirming to IS:15658-2006 I/C cost of all material, labour, vat , all taxes T&P. required for proper completion of the work as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.New item - 14

Disposal of Surplus excavated earth up to 3 km distance including loading, unloading and cartage complete in all respect as per diretion of engineer in charge.S.I.- 231a
