Construction of granular sub-base by providing grading -1 material in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, & compecting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (W.M.M.)

Providing, laying, spreading and graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform layers on sub base / subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desired density.(E.T.A)

Providing & applying Tack coat with V.G.-10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.25kg/Sqm. On the prepared Bitumen/ granular surface clieaned with mechanical broom.

Providing & laying Dense graded Bituminious macadam with100-120TPH batch HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premix with bituminous binder (Bitumen VG-40) @ 4.5 Per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lever and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause 507 Complete in all respects inculding all material (Grade-II)

Providing & applying Tack coat with V.G.-10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.20kg/Sqm. On the prepared Bitumen/ granular surface clieaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Bitumen VG-40) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. NO. 279(b)

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C. culvert excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Construction of Median in Reinforced Cement conrete M20 Grade as per drawing including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block pavement having thickness 100 mm as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1504. (Exclusive G.S.B.)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (for repeated/transverse bar marking) Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (LKO-SOR, Ch. 26, S. No. 3)

Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes.(SI. No. New Item)

Reflective Raised Pavement Marker with shanks Providing and fixing of raised pavement markers with twin shanks of adequate length anchored with epoxy / bitumen adhesive of approved make(Cat Eye) Type x-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennision/3m(USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate, ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 M.T. tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H Circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and width of the body shall not exceed 130 mm, 20 mm and 105 mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm . on each side sloping at the angle of 35 + 5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. it shall comply to specification of Category A of MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. With 7 years warranty. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, etc. etc. All T&P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. Note : The Composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacturer & authorized converter of at least 7 years shall be furnished on non judicial stamp of required denomination. Ch. 20 New Item 11

Providing and fixing of M.S. informatory sign board with frame of 40X40X5mm angle iron and diagonal braces of 25X5mm flat iron. 16 S.W. gauge M.S. Sheet shall be fixed on the M.S. Frame including one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coats of apporved superior quality ready mixed paint on the whole structure and also painting letters on M.S. Sheet firmly fixed to the ground with 15 grade cement concrete 45X45X60cm B.G.L. Complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.)
