The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of the work for which the bid is invited. For technical personnel, the required experience is: - Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Works & Building works. - Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Works & Building works. - Supervisor BSc (PCM): Minimum 4 years of experience. - For field testing laboratory: Diploma in Civil Engineering or BSc with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics: At least 3 years of field experience. The value of similar works completed should be equal to one-third of the package value, excluding maintenance cost. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover, with at least 50% of which is from civil engineering construction works, in any one year in the last five years, with a volume equal to 100% of the estimated value of work updated to the current price level. The bidder must demonstrate availability of technical personnel required for construction work, and liquid assets and/or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments, of not less than 10% of the contract value.
