The value of similar works completed should be equal to one-third of the package value, excluding maintenance cost. The percentage of similar works completed is approximately 33.33%. The bidder needs to submit a certificate of work experience, which should include details such as the date of start, due date of completion, actual date of completion, actual value of final payment, contract bond number, and amount of contract bond. Additionally, the required prior work experience for the bidder includes work performed as a prime contractor or sub-contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. The bidder needs to attach only one qualifying certificate from the Engineer-in-charge, clearly mentioning the actual work done amount, date of start, actual date of completion, and amount of contract bond. The required prior work experience also includes specific years of experience for different qualifications, such as: - For Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Works & Building works. - For Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Works & Building works. - For Supervisor BSc (PCM): Minimum 4 years of experience in Road Works & Building works. - For field testing laboratory personnel with Diploma in Civil Engineering or BSc with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics: At least 3 years of field experience. The value and percentage of similar works completed are one-third (approximately 33.33%) of the estimated cost of the work for which the bid is invited.
