Construction of Un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) coarse and find aggregates conforming to IS:383 Maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batche using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per Drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer sealant dowel bars near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14 days

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement and sand moltar including supply of all material labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of work as per SINO- 584A Schedule rate for fine sand

Construction Joint (depth of CC Slab) making and filling with Construcitn (with bitumin 40% asbestus 5% and Coarse sand 55%)

Supply and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC Pipe at sithe I/C

Supply and laying of 125 micron polythene in between lean concrete and CC Slab

Supply and fixing of 20mm granite stone sign board including all for proper completion of the work

Lettring and painting of stone sign board including all compleat

R.C.C. Work with Cement aproved coarse snad and 20mm gauge aproved stone grit in the proportion of 1:2:4 in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but I/C its fixing and binding the same with 24W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and T & P etc required for proper being included in the itme As per SINO- 284

Mild steek or iron plain work of small and section such as holding down bolts hold fast tie rods grating etc (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required from including supply of steels and its wastage including all completin work As Per SINO-502
