Dimantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed be the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). As per S.I. No.- 692.

Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead. (As Per D.S.R. - 15.27) (914.30)

Disposal of refused Dismenteled material including loading and unloading but excluding stackings on pucca roads with Cartage As Per A.R. With 8Km. Of Cartage.

M-150 class Brick Work in 1:4 Cement & C/sand mortar in Super Structure i/c all comp. As per SI. No.- 305a+310. (Ground Floor).

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Plinth Band/Beam excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. (As Per PWD SOR S.I. No- 283 & analysis).

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Columns & T-Beams excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. (As Per PWD SOR S.I. No- 289).

Steel Reinforcement For R.c.c Work Including Straighting , Cutting,Bending, Palcing in Position and Binding all Complete .Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (As per DSR- 5.22.6).

Supply & fixing of 4.5 Cm. thick teak wood part panelled and part glazed door and window shutter including supply & fixing of wooden cleats and stops and including fixing & adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles spring and or other fittings but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of black Japan on all iron fitting if necessary. Including fixing the glass panes with putty for bradglass and glass to be 4 mm. thick. Fitting with necessary screws to be supplied by the deptt. but Indian Commercial flush shutters 35 mm. thick (excluding cost of all fitting). (As Per S.I. No.- 471.

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment). (As Per D.S.R. - 10.11.1).

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in charge:Profile B Fixing with adjustable (As Per S.I.No.- 10.14.1)

Providing & fixing of wire mesh (mosquito jalli) with labour & material comlete With 12 mm mild steel U beading. (As Per D.S.R. - 9.51.2) (939.20)

Laying of P.C.C. 1:4:8 in Cement, Course. Sand & 4Cm Gauge Stone Ballast i/c all comp. as per SI No.- 281.

Supply and fixing 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrefied tiles 600x600 mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and coarse sand morter finished with in its cement colour slurry, jointing and polished of approved quality complete, including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of Engineer - in- charge (As Per PWD SOR S.I. No- 14.26 (New Item-4).

Supply and fixing of Kota stone in floor ing 20 mm thick and joint filled with 1:2 cement and coarse sand with approved colouring materials to be given an even shade with 12 mm base coat (bedding) of 1:2 cement & coarse sand morter and polished by hand or machine and finally finished with french manson polish or other approved polish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As Per PWD SOR S.i No.- 14.26 New Item No.-01).

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the workbut with cement and coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modules mortar in 1:4. as per Si no-584a.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the workbut with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules mortar in 1:4. as per Si no-584.Add for extra labour and materials for plaster over rough face of one brick wall. as per SI No-584a+596.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (As per PWD sor Ch-15 ni.)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : on New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre (As Per DSR- 13.41.1).

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: On New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) (As Per DSR- 13.47.1).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable sq.m shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.(As Per PWD SOR SI NO- 641+642).

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. “All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge”, With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm. (As per PWD sor 11.20 New Item.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. (110mm Dia) (AS Per DSR- 12.41.2).

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. (110mm Dia) (AS Per DSR- 12.43.2).

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (Group C) (DSR-1.10.3).

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. (334) (DSR-1.12).

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire)- (DSR-1.14.2).
