Fixing of door,windows and ventilator frames in position in building including proper adjustment required for proper completion of the work. As pr NBO-11.14

Supply and fixing of hexagonal fan box with approximate 80 mm in length febricated from 16 SWG M.S. sheet in corporating 10 mm dia M.S. round bar duly bent for supporting fan hanger duly painted with red oxide and screwing arrangement with writing conduit laid on the RCC roof before concreting along with supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. as per SI No. 1149.

Provision for sppply and fixing of 25mm dia CPVC Pipe as per Electrical Purpose as per Sor Ch-21 item No-101

Mild steel or Iron in Plain such as R.C.C. and R.B. work (when not included in an over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary i/c bending for proper completion of the work and i/c supply of steel its wastage bend hooks authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. as per SI No. 504

Cost Cement Concrete door sills ,chaukhats boundary post shelves work with cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in bed plates excluding the supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its binding , supply of all other materials , labour and T & P etc. as per Sl.No. 282.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204 Sr. No. 12.3 MORD 600

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in sizes of the 600mm x 600mm or more with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting thejoints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. as per DSR- 11.41.20

Providing and laying vitrified Wall tiles in sizes of the 300mm x 450mm or more with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting thejoints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. as per DSR- 11.41.20

Earth work in cutting or filling inembankment in ordinary soil earth work in exca vation to be done in regular pits not exceeding 1/2 mt depth and earth work in filling to be in 20cm layers including ramming,dressing the surface to required slopes and alsoincluding 1.50mt lift and 30mt lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be depo sited as spoil bank as per direction of E/I and S.I. NO.253 & 3.00km distance Cartage.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondaryintermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling usinggalvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in- Charge. 26.22.1 With 15 mm thick Tegular edged light weight calcium sliciate false ceiling tiles

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plasterd wall surface even and smooth surface as per DSR - 13.80.

One priming coat and two coat of oil bound distemper on new work including the supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No. 649 & 650.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) as per DSR - 13.47.1

Painting or Varnishing new iron work in small areas of new wood work with two coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed enemal paint of varnish including sand papering , rubbing and cleaning the surface and s/o all materials, labour and T&P etc. as per Sl.No. 641 & 642.

Supply & Fixing of informatory sign board 90x120cm size & 3.00m long made wuth iron 40x40x5mm 18 Gauge MS sheet & braud with flat iron 35x5 including two coat painting with red oxide cartage up to stone complete with all labours material & T&P as per standard design & drawing

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm. FR PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable in heavy gauge rigid steel conduit pipe partly concealed in the wall and partly laid in slab along with the reinforcement before concreting complete with 14 SWG copper earth continity wire, piano type switch & ceiling rose /angle /batten holder on 3 mm thick phenolic laminated backlite sheet etc. complete in all respect as directed including matching colour wah as per Sl. No. 131 ( c )

Wiring point for fan/ fresh air fan (light duty exhaust fan) with 1.5 sq. mm. FR PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable in heavy gauge rigid steel conduit pipe partly concealed in the wall and partly laid in slab along with the reinforcement before concreting complete with 14 SWG copper earth continity wire, piano type switch & ceiling rose /angle /batten holder on 3 mm thick phenolic laminated backlite sheet etc. complete in all respect as directed including matching colour wah as per Sl. No. 133 ( c )

Wiring point for plug with 1.5 sq. mm. FR PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable in heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe concealed in the wall complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire piano type switch and socket etc. complete in all respects including matching colour wash etc. . as per Sl.No. 134 ( c )

Supply and fixing of batten/ angle /holder complete in all respect as per SI No-.405.

Supply and fixing of 240V volts' L' series miniature circuit breaker 6Amp. To 32 Amp (10KA) in existing MCB. DB complete with connections as required as per Sl.No. 1002. CAT A

Supply and fixing of 40 Amp. D.P. Isolator Cat A as per SI No. 1005(A)

Supply and fixing of 8 ways SPN distribution board without MCB complete in all respect as directed at site by Engineer in charge as per SI No- 1024 CAT A

Supply and fixing of power plug with 15 A / 250 V flush type switch and 3 pin 15 A / 250V flush type socket in suitable M.S. box of 175 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm size switch backlite sheet cover 3 mm thick fixed with brass machine screws and cup washer as per Sl.No. 1139

Supply and wiring of submain with 2 numbers 2.50 sq. mm. FR PVC insulated 1100 V multistrand single core copper conductor cable in 20 mm dia heavy duty (2mm thick) PVC conduit with one number 1.50 sq.mm FR PVC insulated 1100 V grade multistrand single core copper copper conductor as earth continuity wire as per SI.No. 1304(c)

Erection and testing of ceiling fan and regulator for room height upto 3.50 mtr including supply of 3 mm thick G.I. down rod 19 mm dia duly painted complete in all respect as per Sl.No. 1116

Supply and erection of AC 1200 mm sweep ,230/250 Volts , 50 Hz ceiling fan with regulator standard down rod , blades including connection etc. complete as requred.
