WBM Grade-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm sizes (Crusher broken) to water bound macadam (WBM III) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(WBM III)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surface cleaned with hydrolic broom as per temechanical specificatiob clause 503.

Providing, Laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emuslion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type 'C' as per Tehnical Specification Clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels , grade and cross fall using Type'C' as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Brick edging on both side of road with first class brick 8 cm wide 12 cm deep as per SI No 765

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approoved soil with all the lifts and lead laying in layers ,breaking clods ,dressing to required lines , curves,grade and sections,watering and compaction to meet atleast 100% procter density completeto specification requirements as per technical specification clause 301.5

Excavation for Roadway in ordi,nary rock by deploying a dozer D-50 i/c cutting and pushing the cut earth to site of embankment up to a distance of 100 m ,trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirments of lines,grades and cross sections lifts up to 1.5 m all complete as per Technical Specification clause 302.3.5(ii)

Cement Concrete Pavement: Construction of un-reinforceced ,dowel jointed at expansion and consruction joint only, plai cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design ,over a prepaired sub base withh 43 grade cement or any other type as per clouse 1501 .2.2. M-30 grade corse and fine aggregates confirming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregates not exeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum. capacity and apropreate weigh batcher using approoved mix design laid in a approoved fixed site form work (steel chanel ) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing ,speading the concrete with shovels rackes, compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous oparation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construction jointes, applying debonding strips, primer,sealant dowel bars ,near aproches to bridge /culvert and construction joints admixtures as approoved curing of concrete slab for 14 days.using curing compounds(where specified ) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil as per SI.No. 2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per DSR. 4.1.8

R C R work with cement and C sand mortar in proportion 1:4 including cost of all material, labour etc. complete SI No N S Sr no 16 of P W D SOR Mirzapur 2022

Raised pointing 1:3 cement and fine sand mortar on both visibule face of end wall in parapet.as per DSR13.33.2

Providing & laying HP 600mm dia NP-3 spigot as per D S R

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per DSR. 4.1.4

Finishing walls with Acrrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade as per D S R 13.46.1

Construction of Embankment with approoved material deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation and other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification clouse 301.5
