P/F of plain gypsum board false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from ms sheet and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclucive)as per is 277 and consiting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide and 1.6mm thick with flange of 27 mm and 37 mm at 1200mm center to center one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolt other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25*10*0.05 mm of required length with nuts&bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate gi channels 45mm*15mm*0.09 mm runnig at spacing of 1200 mm center to center to which the ceiling sectoin 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flange of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm at 450 mm c/c shall be fixed ina direction perpendicular of GI intermediate channels with connecting clip made out of 2.64 mmdia *230mm long gi wire at every junction includig fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flange 0f 20mm and 30 mm long the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partition with the help og rawl plug at 450 mm center with 25mm long dry wall screw @230mm inteval including fixing gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel wiuh the help of dry wall screw of size 3.5mm*25mm at 230 mm c/c includig jointing and finishing to a flush finished tapered and square edge of the board with recomanded jointig compound jointig tape finishing compound in 3 layer covering up to 150mm on both side of joints and two coat of primer suitable board all as per manufacture specifications and also including the cost of making opening for the light fittings grills diffusuers cutout made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawing specification and direction of the engineer incharge but excluding the cost of painting(12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum board confirming to is 2095-part-112.45.2 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum fire resistant board conforming to IS: 2095- Part I (CPWD code no 12.45.3) (2023)

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.0 mm of approved brand & manufacture , overe the plastered wall surface to prepared the surface even and smooth complete CPWD 13.8

Painting on wood work two coat of approved paint I/C all complete as per SI NO 641,642
