The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Works & Building works. - For Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Works & Building works. - For Supervisor BSc (PCM): Minimum 4 years of experience. - For field testing laboratory personnel with Diploma in Civil Engineering or BSc with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics: At least 3 years of field experience. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of the work for which the bid is invited, which is equivalent to 33.33% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover, with at least 50% of it being from civil engineering construction works. The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments is 10% of the contract value. Proposal for subcontracting the components of the works for construction/up gradation aggregating not more than 25% of the contract price is allowed.
