Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work for Foundation,Footing,bases for columns.

Providing and fixing M.S Tubular frame for doors windows,ventilator and cupboard with rectangular/ L type section, made of 1.60mm thick M.S Sheet , joint mitred , welded and grinded finish,with profiles of req. size,incl.fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer Fixing with 15x3mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggrigate 20mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted , bolted,or welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,incl. Cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all comp.

Crane charge for hoisting vertical coloumn in position with derivel and stoff for vehical post & truss for two day.

12mm thick plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement mix 1:3 (1cement:3 c/sand)

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or n new wood work with one coat of ready mired priming paint & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthatic varnish incl.

Retro-Refective type -XI with 4mm thick ACM Double Side Providing & Fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium comosite panel face to be fully coverd with high intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as IRC -67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm Lepends,letters numerals,borders etc should be as per MORTH specification NO.801.3.7 The sheeling shall have a pressure senitive adhessive of the aggresive -tack type requiring no heat,solvent other prepration for adhesion to a smooth clean surface in a mariner recommended by the sheeling manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the back trame MS angle with riviting . Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeling confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for a coefficient of retro reflection ,daytime colour and luminaance , shrikage fllexibilty finer removal adhesion impact resistance specular gloss and furigus resistance 3 years outdoor weathering and Rs having passed these tests shall be obtained from international Goverment Laboratory/institute by the manufaturer of the sheeting and in case the certicate is obtained from international condition ,it should also be obtained from Indian cond iton with in 3 years of launching of product by the manufactuer in abroad Alternativly a centicate conform ing to ASTM specification ( O 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathoring requirment from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally in such a sitiuation the Employee Client,so desire ,could seek
