By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting wheel smooth will roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401.A

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate og Grading -III(53-22.4 mm Size) to water bound makadam specification including spreeding in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel rollar 80-100kN in stage to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming ,stone screening material of type-B and binding materials fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the rquired density grading -2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick Masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical spefication Clauses 600,1202 & 1203

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement and sand moltar including supply of all material, labour and T&P, etc. required for proper completion of work as per SI no- 584 A. Schedule Rate for Fine sand

Construction joint(depth of cc slab):making and filling with construction ( with bitumin 40%,asbestus 5% and coarse sand 55%.).

R.C.C work with cement, aproved coarse sand and 20mm gauge aproved stone grit in the proportion of 1;2;4 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but i/c its fixing and binding the same with 24B W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material ,labour and T.P etc.required for proper being included in the item .as per S.I No-284

Mild steel or iron plain work of small and section such as holding down bolts,hold fast,tie rods grating etc (When not included in over all rates) wrought torequired from including supply of steels and its wastage including all completion work .As per S.I.No-502

Supply and fixing of 110mm dia pvc pipe at site I/C.

Supply and Laying of 125 micron Polythene in between lean concrete and c.c slab.

Supply and fixing of 20mm granite stone sign board including all for proper completion of the work

Lettring and painting of stone sign board including all compleat work
