By Mix in place method construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting wheel smooth will roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401.A

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate og Grading -III (53-22.4mm Size) to water bound makadam specification including spreeding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel rollar 80-100kn in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening material of type-B and binding materials fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the rquired density grading-2 as per Technical specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provisin of contracting and expansion construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days,

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement and sand moltar including supply of all material, labour and T & P, etc. required for proper completion of work as per SI no- 584A. Schedule Rate for fine sand

Construction joint (depth of CC Slab): making and filling with construction (with bitumin 40%, asbestus 5% and coarse sand 55%).

Supply and laying of 125 micron polythene in between lean concrete and CC slab.

Supply and fixing of 20 mm granite stone board including all for proper completion of the work(material only)

Lettring and painting of stone sign board including all compleat work chapter no 22 NS

Supply of 9.0 mtr High mast pole of approved make with rising system, hot dip Galvanized inside & outside, having pole sheet thickness 3mm, top minimum 100 mm, botton dia minimum 310mm, base plate 25mm thick, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part3. & having no circumferential weld, with accessories for high mast such as head frame suitable for 10 luminaries & its control gear boxes. 0.75 HP Power tool motor, 3 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia. double drum winch including making suitable Foundation as per manufacture drawing & site requirement along with foundation bolts, nuts, washers, anchor plates etc complete in all reapect. as per direction and satisfaction to the Engineer-in-chage SI Nos-

Supply and fixing of factory wired ntegral LED flood light luminaires with die cost aluminium husing bullt with dirver set suitable for 170 To 200 Wett, confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect CAT-AAA ITEAM No 1454

Supply and burring of safe Earthing Electrode T-19 (Hot Dip Galvanized) Length up to 3000mm. Outer Dia 50mm inner Dia 25 mm.terminal Dia 12mm, out GI Pipe of 16 swg and inner GI Pipe of 12 swg with Hot Dip Galvanization up to 100 micron filled with grystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having anti corrosive & conductive property with 50 kgs activated soil (BFC) capable of reducing the soil resistivity with good mixture of retaining capacity and one earting lead of 25mm x3mm G.I. strip. HRC fuses, isolating switch metering instument & Instrument box with CTs etc. in case of TPN, complete in all respect.

S&F of 32 Amp, 415 V metal Clad T.P.N. rewireable type switch fuse unit on angle iron bracked complete in all respect.
