12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level includuding internal rounded angle and rounded angles not exceeding 60mm in grith and finished even and smooth Ch. 13 S.No. 1 DSR 13.4.1

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (one part of cement, 1.5 part of coarse sand and 3 part of 2cm stone grit) in lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24BWGI bindig wire and including necessary cetering and shuttering etc. including all charges etc.(5.2.2 above plith level) Ch-5 Sl.No. 10

Rainforcement of reinforced or reinforced brick work (when not included in & an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper comletion of the work & including supply of steel & its waistage bend, hooks, binding wire & authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level etc.

Construction of un - reinforced , plain cement concrete avement thickness as per disign , over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M - 30 ( Grade ) , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 , maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm , mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design , laid in approved fixed side formwork ( steel channel , laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges , steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing ) , spreading the concrete with shovels , rakes , compacted using needle , screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction , expansion , construction and construction ! joints , applying debonding strips , primer , sealant , dowel bars , near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints , admixtures as approved , curing of concrete slabs for 14 days , curing compund ( where specified ) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. P/F informatory sign board with both side painting and writing including all charges etc. required for proper completion of the work as per E./I.
