12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement and coarse sand including all complete of the work as per SI No. 13.4.1

Providing and fixing of Ceramic glazed Floor tiles of size 300x300 mm 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as white, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete. as per SI No. 11.37

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1 st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, Steel Handels, Siliding bolt, Door Stopper and tower bolt.as per SI No. 9.21 (30 mm thick)

Provinding and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows,clerestory windows all complete with : 4.0 mm thick panes.as per SI No. 14 new

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm Sand Cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests. as per SI No. 17.1.1

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets,cutting and making good the walls wherever require. White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap as per SI No. 17.7.1

Providing and fixing white vitreous china squatting plate urinal with integral rim longitudinal flush pipe.as per SI.No-20

Providing and fixing 110mm diameter PVC pipe conforming to IS make working pressure 4 Kg/SqCm incuding testing labour T&P and all complete fittings. As per si no. 42

Providing and fixing C.P. Brass stop Cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS:8931.(15 mm nominal bore) As per Si No. 18.52.1

Providing and fixing C.P. Brass Bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931.(15 mm nominal bore) As per Si No. 18.49.1

Providing and fixing C.P. Brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931.(15 mm nominal bore) As per Si No. 18.53.1

Providing and fixing 16mm dia nominal bore CPVC Pipes complete with fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. as per si no. 18.7.1

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit partly concealed in the wall and partly laid in slab alongwith the reinforcement before concreting, complete with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable as earthwire drawn inside,GP Box, piano type switch & ceiling rose/angle/batten holder on 3mm thick phenolic laminated backalite sheet etc complete in all respect as directed including matching colour wash. Wiring point for fan / fresh air fan (light duty exhaust fan) with 1.5 sq.mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit partly concealed in wall and partly laid in slab alongwith the reinforcement before concreting, complete with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable as earthwire drawn inside,GP Box , piano type switch & ceiling rose on 3 mm. thick backelite sheet etc., complete in all respect including matching colour wash. Supply and fixing of power plug with 15A/250 volt flush type switch and 5 pin 15A/250V flush type universal socket in suitable M.S. box of 175mm x 100mm x 50mm size with phenolic laminated bakelite sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with brass machine screw and cup washer. SI No. 1139

Supply and fixing of LED Tube Light with batten suitable for up to 1 X 22 watt LED tube light fitting including tube on Surface complete in all respect. SI No. 1413A Cat A

Supply and fixing of 15 watt LED Ceiling . As per si no. 1410 Cat AA

Supply and wiring of submain with two number 2.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade multistrand single core copper conductor cable in 20 mm dia heavy duty (2mm thick) PVC conduit partly laid in slab alongwith reinforcement before concreting and partly concealed in wall, with 1 nos. 1.5 sq. mm. FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade multistrand single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire drawn inside the conduit etc, complete in all respects including matching colour wash. SI No. 1307 C

Mild steel and iron work of small size and section such as holding down woods, hold fasts tierods, grating, etc. (When not included in and over all rates) brought to required form including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required for proper completion of work including fabrication of holes in door chaukhats and nosing.as per SI No. 503

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross T of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T- sections shall be prepainted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop;made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.as per Si No 12.52.1
