Providing and laying brick edging with first class bricks 8 cm wide, 12 cm deep laid on either side of the metalled surface as per direction of Engineer -in-charge including cost of all materials,labour, T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work ( as per SI No 765 of Schedule for Rates of UPPWD )

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MORD Specification.

Providing, laying and rolling of Open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen the required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MORD Specification.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD Specification.

Scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scrapped material for a distance of 30 meter as directed by Emgineer in charge I/c as per S.i no 772

Construction of unreinforced, and expansion joints only ,plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design ,over a prepaired sub base ,with 43 Grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 ,M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mixed design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film,wedges, steel plate,including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes,compacted using needle,screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construction joints,applying debonding strips,primer,sealant,admixtures as approved ,curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 .
